Delivery Costs
There is free delivery on all items over £200.
Free delivery is available on items where stated. Delivery will otherwise be charged at £8.99 for shipping to England, Scotland and Wales.
If shipping to Northern Ireland, delivery will be charged at £35 with a minimum order of £350.
How long will I have to wait for my order to be delivered?
Stored and Handled standard is to process and despatch an order at the latest, the day after it has been placed. Some items are made to order and therefore have a longer delivery period. We use a 72 hour delivery service as standard. We also offer a 48 hour express service. We will however send you an email (if an email address is given) to inform you of when your goods have been despatched and when they will be delivered. Standard delivery period during the day is between 08:00 - 18:00. We can only offer a next working day service for orders received before 1pm.
Can you deliver sooner than 48 hours?
Yes! We offer express shipping at checkout. We are happy to discuss this further via email or telephone.
Can you deliver to offshore areas?
Stored and Handled deliveries extend to areas beyond the UK's mainland, including Northern and Southern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Shetlands, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man. These do come at an extra cost that we would need to discuss at the time. Our sales team is more than happy to help!
I have some damages with my delivery, what do I do?
If there is damage upon delivery it significantly helps us if you make a note on the driver's delivery note whilst he is on site.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can send out replacements as appropriate.
If the delivery is extensively damaged please reject the delivery, and contact us as soon as you can.
Only part of my order has been delivered - what now?
It is possible that the courier can mislay packages or not deliver the full consignment. Whilst rare, please don't panic - simply give us a call or email and we will update you on the next steps. More often than not, the rest of the delivery will be made the day after.
What if I want to return the item?
If the goods are undamaged and you chose to return them as they are unwanted, then they must be in their original packaging and as new condition.
Any goods that are to be sent back as unwanted must be reported within 14 days via email and Stored & Handled MUST have acknowledged the return request before any return is to be made.
If goods are deemed to be not “as new” upon return no refunds will be given, this includes damaged packaging, parts missing or general damage.

Please send the item back to the below address - when we receive items back, we will check to make sure the item(s) are as new before any refund can be initiated.
